P.3 put their engineer skills to the test as they designed and built houses for a fourth little pig. Working in groups, the children planned, predicted and constructed their houses using a range of materials. They discussed ideas, compromised, solved problems and worked together throughout the challenge. To test the strength of their designs, the big bad wolf returned armed with his hair dryer! The children observed what worked well, what needed improvement and reflected how they could make their houses stronger next time. This was a fun engaging way to develop teamwork, problem solving and early STEM skills! Well Done everyone!
