During Mental Health Awareness Week, our pupils took part in a range of activities to promote positive wellbeing and emotional health. Classes enjoyed mindfulness sessions, outdoor learning, creative art activities, and class discussions focused on kindness, resilience, and friendship. We were delighted to see pupils engaging so positively and learning valuable ways to look after both their mental and emotional wellbeing. Tomorrow is our favourite day of the week ‘Feel Good Friday’ Children are invited to wear their GAA tops tomorrow!
