Primary 5 had a fantastic time celebrating Maths Week! We enjoyed a very busy week filled with lots of hands-on activities and problem-solving fun.
The children worked brilliantly together using the IZAK9 cubes, played exciting maths games on the iPads and computers and went on a right-angle hunt around the school. We also had great fun playing maths board games and a lively round of Times Tables Jenga to test our quick recall skills!
One of our favourite activities was using Smarties to create colourful bar graphs to find out which colour appeared most often in our tube (we might have tasted a few along the way).
To finish off the week, we brought in our fantastic 3D Monsters for our Monster Mash outside — they were all so creatives!
